BALTIMORE-Business Health Services is moving its office from the Rotunda at 711 W. 40th St. to 6225 Smith Ave. in Baltimore. The health care firm has signed a lease for 11,000 square feet of space at the Marbury building situated in the Mount Washington neighborhood.
The firm is moving nearly 60 employees to the 250,000-square-foot building. F. Joseph Bradley III of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services LLC negotiated the lease deal on behalf of BHS. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
