
ELK GROVE, CA-A 70,544-square-foot retail center in Elk Grove has changed hands for $18.75 million. Laguna Pavilion, located at Bruceville Road and Laguna Boulevard, was sold and bought by Bay area investors.
The sales price of the shopping center breaks down to $266 per square foot. Major tenants in the center include Chili's, Pier 1 Imports, Party City, Tuesday Morning and The Sleep Train.
