WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA-Bethesda, Maryland-based Marriott International Inc. is preparing to construct a new hotel with condos, rooftop pool, bar and a nightclub on Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. It will be the first West Coast hotel for Marriott's Edition chain.
Marriott is taking the development rights on the Sunset Doheny Hotel from Weintraub Real Estate Group. It has plans to construct an 11-story hotel with 190 rooms.
