BOSTON-New York-based Millennium Partners, which took control of the Filene's redevelopment project in February, has unveiled its $615-million plan for a new building on the vacant site and for the revival of the Burnham Building. The proposed 1.3-million-square-foot plan will include a 600-foot residential tower containing 500 units next to the Burnham building.

The Burnham Building will have nearly 230,000 square feet of retail, 200,000 square feet of office space and 525 underground parking. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
