DALLAS-The Vista apartment community in Victory Park has been listed on the market for sale. Fairfield Residential constructed the 129-unit rental complex on Houston Street in 2006.
The six-story property, which has retail space on the ground floor, is 93% occupied. The retail space is not included in the deal. Vista is a large apartment community in Victory Park.
