YULEE, FL-A Yulee retail center has changed hands for $2.8 million. A bank client of The Roseview Group has sold the 33,707-square-foot Amelia Station along with a 13.62-acre plot.
The 13.62-acre tract has development rights for 108,000 square feet of office or retail space. During the sales process, approximately 71% of the retail center was leased to Dollar Store, a Domino's Pizza, a Winn-Dixie and other local restaurants.
