NEW YORK CITY-Broadway Technology is moving from 11 Broadway to 140 Broadway. The company has subleased a newly renovated space measuring 13,047 square feet at the 51-story tower situated between Cedar and Liberty streets.
The asking price in the glass tower was not available. Broadway Technology inked the five-year sublease deal with Catlin Inc.
