CARLSBAD, CA-Irvine-based LBA Realty LLC has paid $15.6 million for an office building measuring 81,712 square feet at 5770 Armada Drive in Carlsbad. The company will lease majority of the office building to Carlsbad-based SkinMedica Inc.
The Carlsbad building, constructed in 1998, sits on nearly five acres of land in the Carlsbad Ranch office district. Cushman & Wakefield represented Carlsbad Ranch LP, the seller, and LBA Realty represented itself in the deal. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
