AURORA, IL-Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. has picked up an industrial building measuring 257,542 square feet at 940 N. Enterprise St. in the Meridian Business Campus in west suburban Aurora. The company paid approximately $9.5 million for the building where Taiwan-based Brighton-Best International Inc. has inked a long-term lease.
