CINCINNATI-The former Cincinnati Post building has found a new owner. Court Street Partners LLC has paid more than $2.5 million for the 10-story office building at 125 E. Court St.
The new owners are planning to spend $750,000 in the next three years to renovate the building, which has nearly 100,000 square feet of space. In December 2010, PNC Bank filed a foreclosure suit against 125 East Court Street Ltd., the previous owner of the building. Cassidy Turley's Joe Janszen brokered the sale.
