GREENBELT, MD-Bethesda-based Diversified Realty Ventures has bought a fully leased office building on Hubble Drive in Greenbelt for about $6.3 million. The company sought out the purchase of 7700 Hubble Drive from C-III Asset Management LLC, a special servicer, as a long-term hold.

The 120,000-square-foot building, occupied by Trax International, sold for $53 per square foot. MGP Real Estate LLC was the previous owner of Greentec IV. Robert Filley of Transwestern handled the sale. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
