INDIANAPOLIS-Sourwine Real Estate Services has kicked off construction on a new 80,699-square-foot multi-tenant office building in Indianapolis. The three-story building, situated at 8335 Keystone Crossing, will be the first speculative commercial development in the Indianapolis area since 2008.
Sourwine will develop, manage and own the Class A space. The building was designed by CSO Architects and the construction will be managed by Shiel Sexton. Construction is scheduled for completion in Q2 2013. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
