REDMOND, WA-San Francisco-based JMA Ventures has acquired Office at Riverpark, a five-story building in Redmond. The company purchased the office building, located at 15809 Bear Creek Parkway, from New York-based Clarion Partners for $38.5 million, or $362 per square foot.
The Redmond office building, constructed in 2008, is 97% occupied by several national companies. CBRE Debt & Equity Group's David Stinebaugh arranged financing for JMA Ventures.
