BEAVERTON, OR-Kansas City Life has spend $23.35 million on 217 Distribution Center, 449,245-square-foot industrial building in Beaverton. Portland-based Schnitzer Investment Corp. was the seller of the 22-acre property.
The industrial complex, situated on Southwest 11th Street, comprises five buildings. It was built in 1978 and is 96.5% occupied. Mary Sullivan, Buzz Ellis, Paige Morgan and John Jugl Jr. from Jones Lang LaSalle handled the sale. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
