EAGAN, MN-Minneapolis-based Murphy Warehouse Co. has paid $6.55 million for a 350,000-square-foot warehouse at 905 Yankee Doodle Road in Eagan. Three years ago, the company planned to purchase the building for $8.5 million from City of Commerce, California-based 99 Only Stores, but the deal was not closed.
