CAMBRIDGE, MA-The Massachusetts Biotechnology Council has moved to 300 Technology Square in East Cambridge. The nonprofit advocacy group has leased 12,157 square feet at the office and laboratory campus from Alexandria Real Estate Equities.
Details of the deal were not revealed. The low-rise building was constructed in 2006. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis/N.E. Partners and the landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
