BIRMINGHAM, UK-Real Estate Investors Plc, a property group based in West Midlands, has bought office buildings at Apex in Edgbaston. The company paid GBP 1.690 million for the Edgbaston buildings.
The properties are leased to Royal London Life and Lombard North Central (Natwest) and the leases expire in December 2015. Real Estate Investors acquired the properties from the receivers acting for Capita Asset Services (London) Ltd. The vendors bought the buildings in March 2005 for GBP 4.525 million.
