EMERYVILLE, CA-RLJ Lodging Trust has bought the Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco Oakland/Bay Bridge, a 278-room hotel in Emeryville, for an amount of $36.2 Million. The purchase price breaks down to roughly $130,000 per key.
