GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-Southwest Moulding Co. of Dallas has leased 225,000 square feet at Grand Lakes Distribution Center, a 636,000-square-foot warehouse at 3845 Gifford St. in Grand Prairie. Crow Holdings is the owner of the Grand Prairie warehouse.
The new lease will bring the property to 100% occupancy. Jones Lang LaSalle's Michael Swaldi and Nathan Orbin represented Southwest Moulding, while Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners LP's Bob Hagewood and Cannon Green represented Crow Holdings in the lease negotiation.
