CHICAGO-Buffalo-based Sovran Self Storage Inc. has purchased two self-storage facilities in Chicago and made another acquisition in Miami. The real estate investment trust paid a total of $36.1 million for all three properties.
The Class A industrial properties comprise a total area of 246,000 square feet. Each of the storage facilities will be rebranded as Uncle Bob's Self Storage. Sovran operates 449 facilities in 26 stated under the Uncle Bob's Self Storage name. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
