NEW YORK CITY-Jules Kroll's companies K2 Intelligence and Kroll Bond Ratings are moving to a Third Avenue structure owned by the Rudin family. The two companies have signed a sublease deal for 11 years with The Conference Board for the entire fourth floor of 845 Third Ave.

The asking rent for the 25,000-square-foot deal was in the high-$40s per square foot. David Carlos from Studley represented the Kroll family, while Tatiana Tarassenko and Erik Schmall, also from Studley, represented The Conference Board. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
