DALLAS-An industrial building spanning 229,000 square feet at 2829 Sea Harbor Road in Dallas has changed hands. An unidentified investor has purchased the property for an undisclosed price.

USA Pallet & Logistics Service Center recently leased the property for 10 years. Sam Hanna from the San Diego office of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer, while Geoffrey Ficke from Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office and Scott Ryan from Marcus & Millichap's Austin office represented an undisclosed limited liability company, the seller.
