WASHINGTON, DC-CAS Riegler Cos. and Douglas Development Corp. are preparing to develop a residential project at N and Ninth streets NW in the District. The 70-unit apartment development, which amounts to approximately $20 million, will be located near the Mount Vernon Square Metro station.
The five-story rental building will include nearly 7,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and an underground parking lot. PGN Architects PLLC has been retained as the project architect. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
