DOVER, NH-Dover Landing, a mixed-use development along the Cocheco River in Dover, has moved one step closer to become reality. Dickinson Development Corp. received approval from the Cocheco Waterfront Development Committee for its $65-million project.
The revised plans call for 108 apartment units and retail and office space. The developer is purchasing the 21-acre site for the project from the City for roughly $4.6 million. The entire project is expected to be completed in early 2016. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
