TAMPA, FL-Vinik Asset Management is moving its corporate office from Boston to SunTrust Financial Centre in downtown Tampa. The hedge fund has inked a long-term lease with The Brookdale Group for over 20,000 square feet of office space at the 527,000-square-foot building to house its headquarters.
Atlanta-based Brookdale bought the 36-story tower for $82.5 million in December. Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
