CINCINNATI-The Hyatt Regency Hotel situated in downtown Cincinnati will get a $17-million facelift. The city of Cincinnati is marketing its ground lease on the 485-room hotel to New York-based Lamco LLC, a Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. affiliate, for $2.1 million.
All guest rooms, hotel support areas and public spaces will be renovated and upgraded. Renovations are expected to start later this year. The plan was submitted to Cincinnati Council members at the Strategic Growth Committee. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
