SAN DIEGO-National University has bought an office building in San Diego for an amount of $5.6 million. Real estate investment firm Rancho Santalina LLC was the seller of the 31,421-square-foot building situated on Carroll Canyon Road.
National University will use the office building for educational and administrative purposes. John Bucher Real Estate's John Bucher brokered the deal for National University, while Voit Real Estate Services' Paul Brown, Matthew Bean, Brian Mulvaney and Bruce Sanders represented Rancho Santalina in the sale.
