BURLINGTON, MA-New England Association of Schools & Colleges (NEASC) is moving to Burlington. The accrediting association has leased 18,800 square feet at Three Burlington Woods.
Details of the deal were not revealed. Jones Lang LaSalle's Q1 report revealed that asking rents in the 128/Massachusetts Turnpike section were $31.77. The Davis Cos. is the owner of Three Burlington Woods. Stubblebine Co. negotiated the deal for NEASC and NAI Hunneman negotiated on behalf of the landlord.
