READING, PA-Boston-based STAG Industrial has bought Premium Business Center, a 400,414-square-foot industrial complex at 171-173 Tuckerton Road in Berks County, for just over $17 million, or $43 per square foot. The Muhlenberg building is fully occupied by Packaging Corp. of America, FiberMark and Termaco USA.
