MANCHESTER, UK-Standard Life Investments is purchasing a Tesco's superstore in Cheshire for GBP 21 million. The company is buying the Tesco Superstore in Congleton on behalf of Standard Life Investments UK Property Fund.
The property, which comprises a 47,188-square-foot supermarket and 300 car parking spaces, is situated south of Manchester and north of Stoke on Trent.
