SANTA FE, NM-REIT Management and Research LLC has sold a three-story vacant building at 1474 Rodeo Road in Santa Fe. Stoneforge Advisors LLC paid nearly $3.2 million for 80,000-square-foot office building.
REIT Management and Research is the asset manager for Boston-based Hub Realty Funding Inc., the building owner. The property was earlier listed for $6 million. Albuquerque-based REA Advisors negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer. For the full story, go to New Mexico Business Weekly .
