AUSTIN, TX-A set of office buildings situated in Southwest Austin has come under new ownership. TA Associates Management LP has acquired The Escalade, a 115,039-square-foot property, for an undisclosed amount.
Chase Merritt LP was the seller. The Escalade, located at 4301 Westbank Drive, comprises three office buildings and it is 93% occupied. Todd Mills from CBRE Inc. handled the deal on behalf of Chase Merritt. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
