BOSTON-Drew Co. plans to break ground on Waterside Place, a mixed-use project in Boston's Seaport District. The 500,000-square-foot project will comprise 80,000 square feet of retail space and 234 apartments.
Waterside Place will come up on three acres of land between Summer and Congress streets, beside the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. Construction is expected to start later this year and it will be completed within two years. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
