GLENDALE, AZ-Go Daddy's Bob Parsons has paid a combined $27.3 million for two retail and office properties in Glendale's Arrowhead Ranch. Parsons's Citadelle Center LLC bought the 105,000-square-foot Citadelle Plaza for $18 million and its Il Palazzo Center LLC purchased the 45,000-square-foot Il Palazzo center for $9.3 million.
