LONDON-GreycoatCore, on behalf of Topland, has obtained planning permission for a City headquarters building. The project will come up on an island site and will comprise roughly 220,000 square feet of office space.

The scheme situated in the middle of the City and near a new Bank Underground Station entrance/exit at 10 King William Street. The scheme was designed by the John Robertson Architects.
