CHICAGO-St. Louis-based Bianco Properties has bought Metropolitan Place Retail Shops at 130 S. Canal St. in Chicago's West Loop for an undisclosed price. The company purchased the 21,000-square-foot lower-level retail space in Metropolitan Place, a downtown residential building.

The seller was Syndicated Equities. Metropolitan Place Retail Shops is leased to eight tenants, including FedEx, Jimmy John's, CVS, H&R Block and Starbucks.
