LONDON-Orchard Street has paid GBP 6.15 million for Riverside Cargo Centre on Mathisen Way in Poyle. The company has purchased the 43,063-square-foot multi-let industrial estate from the Airport Property Partnership for St James's Place property funds.

The property contains three warehouse units. The Airport Property Partnership is a joint venture between Aviva Investors and SEGRO. Orchard Street was advised by Crossland Otter Hunt and Airport Property Partnership was advised by DTRE in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
