BALTIMORE-Professional Restorations has leased an industrial space measuring 38,700 square feet at the Moravia Business Park at 6600 Frankford Ave. in eastern Baltimore. The company signed the industrial lease with C.F.-P.F. Obrecht Properties Inc.
The building has 31,850 feet of warehouse space, 2,200 feet of mezzanine storage and 6,850 square feet of office space. Colliers International's Rob Freedman represented the tenant, while Blue & Obrecht Realty LLC's Middleton Smith and Paul F. Obrecht III represented the owner in the lease transaction.
