MEMPHIS-San Francisco-based Prologis Inc. has sold a large industrial portfolio comprising 10 distribution centers, which total 2 million square feet of space in Memphis, for $40 million. The sale of Memphis properties was part of a larger deal where Prologis sold 2.7 million square feet of industrial space to Pennsylvania-based Exeter Property Group for $80 million.
