BRENTWOOD, TN-The Tennessee Hospital Association has bought a 46,000-square-foot structure in Brentwood for $4.695 million with plans to house its new headquarters there. The organization paid about $102 per square foot for the old M. Lee Smith Building located at 5201 Virginia Way.
The organization has plans to occupy nearly 34,000 square feet and lease the remaining space in the building. Riverchase Apartment LP purchased the property in 1997 for $3.7 million.
