MAPLE GROVE, MN-A Maple Grove hotel, which was foreclosed in 2010 by a group of lenders, has changed hands. TMI Hospitality has paid $7.1 million for Cambria Suites, a 129-room hotel at 9655 N. Grove Circle.
The Fargo, North Dakota-based company has signed a franchise agreement with Choice Hotels International Inc. to keep on operating the hotel, situated between Maple Grove Hospital and Interstate 94, as Cambria Suites.
