HARRISBURG, PA-Two developers have partnered to purchase Harrisburg Mall, a 1-million-square-foot regional shopping mall in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Annapolis-based Petrie Ross Ventures and Baltimore-based St. John Properties Inc. have bought the 61-acre shopping center from TD Bank.
The mall, built in 1969, is 70% leased to Bass Pro Shops, Great Escape Theatre, Macy's, Aeropostale, Claire's, Foot Locker, Kay Jewelers, Express, Bath & Body Works and Champs Sports. Financial details of the deal were not revealed. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
