TEMPE, AZ-San Antonio, Texas-based USAA Real Estate Co. and Tempe, Arizona-based Metro Commercial Properties have disclosed the next phase of office tower at Fountainhead Corporate Park in Tempe. Their proposed plans call for a 14-story, 384,300-square-foot office tower, named Fountainhead Park Summit.
The development will come up on the 6-acre site owned by USAA. The development cost is expected to reach $240 to $250 per square foot. Metro has hired Cushman & Wakefield Inc. to pre-lease and market Fountainhead Park Summit. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
