PITTSBURGH-Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Williams has leased a building measuring 112,000 square feet at Park Place Commerce Center, a two-building, 207,000-square-foot complex in North Fayette. The oil and gas firm signed a long-term lease last week with USAA Real Estate Co., an affiliate of the San Antonio-based insurance and financial alliance that bought the complex in early February for over $18 million.
