LONDON-Next has inked a new 15-year lease with UK Commercial Property Trust Limited at the Kew Retail Park. As part of the deal, UKCPT and Next worked together to complete a major store renovation and to expand the retail area from 10,034 square feet to 16,858 square feet.
A 1,500-square-foot Costa Coffee has also been introduced within the store. Other retailers in the 138,094-square-foot retail park include Boots, Gap, Marks and Spencer, TK Maxx and Mothercare. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
