FRANKLIN, WI-United Financial Group Inc. has modified the housing development plan for 22.6 acres of land in Franklin to house the proposed Meijer store and plans 132 market-rate units and 154 senior apartments. The project will expand the Appleton-based company's Foresthill Highlands Senior Community.
