HARTLAND, WI-AIC Ventures, an Austin, Texas-based investment fund manager, has acquired a 150,000-square-foot industrial facility in Hartland from Dorner Manufacturing Corp. Financial details of the deal were not revealed.
AIC Ventures completed the deal along with a recapitalization of the seller by Pittsburgh-based Incline Equity Partners, which then signed a long-term lease for the Hartland building.
