WASHINGTON, DC-DCmud.com reported that Akridge has petitioned a permit to demolish an office structure at 1200 17th St. NW and build a greener office building there. First Potomac Realty Trust and Akridge are planning to spend $100 million to develop an office building measuring 170,000 square feet on the site.
