FRANKLIN PARK, IL-Brennan Investment Group LLC has bought an industrial facility in Franklin Park for $3.35 million. The Des Plaines-based company purchased the building, which is situated near O'Hare International Airport, from Duke Realty Corp.
The 111,588-square-foot industrial building is leased to Oconomowoc, Wisconsin-based Wismarq Corp. Duke Realty bought the building, constructed in 1965, for $2.75 million in 2011. Elmhurst-based Darwin Realty & Development Corp. negotiated the industrial deal on behalf of Brennan. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
