MILWAUKEE-An affiliate of Bridge Logistics LLC recently bought a 152,800-square-foot facility in Milwaukee. The trucking and warehousing company, which currently leases a Mequon, will move into the Milwaukee building at 5700 W. Bender Court after its lease ends in July.
The new owners are planning to renovate the property and include four trucking docks. Bridge Logistics is relocating to the new location with the help of Milwaukee Economic Development Corp.'s $350,000 loan. Cassidy Turley Barry represented the seller.
